Refund and Return Policy for Quirktopin

At Quirktopin, we are dedicated to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make the process of returning or exchanging artwork as easy as possible. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.
1. Return Eligibility
You are eligible to return artwork purchased from Quirktopin if:
- The artwork is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The artwork is in its original, undamaged condition.
- The artwork is returned unframed, and packaging is intact to avoid any damage during transit.
Please Note: Customized or personalized items, including custom-framed artwork, are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or damage caused during shipping.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@quirktopin.com or call our customer support team at (231) 228-5140 within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the artwork.
- Pack the Artwork Carefully: Ensure that the artwork is carefully packaged in its original packaging, if possible, to prevent damage during return shipping. You are responsible for shipping the artwork back to us.
- Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a defect or damage caused during shipping, the cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process the return and issue your refund.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment after we receive and inspect the returned artwork. The following conditions apply:
- Full Refund: If the artwork is returned within 30 days and is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
- Partial Refund: If the artwork is returned in damaged or less-than-original condition, we may issue a partial refund. This decision will be based on the severity of the damage and at our discretion.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days from the date we receive the returned item. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different piece of artwork, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions for the exchange process. You will need to return the original artwork, and once it is received in its original condition, we will ship out your replacement artwork.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping fees, and the cost of the replacement artwork may vary depending on the item chosen.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your artwork is damaged during shipping or arrives defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement free of charge. To ensure a smooth process:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged or defective artwork by emailing us at info@quirktopin.com or calling our customer service team at (231) 228-5140.
- Please provide photos of the damaged artwork and the packaging so we can assess the damage and determine the best solution.
Once we verify the damage or defect, we will issue a full refund or ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Custom or Personalized Artwork: Any items that are customized or personalized, such as commissioned pieces or custom-framed artwork.
- Sale or Clearance Items: Items purchased at a significant discount or marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.
